About the Programme
The Fast Forward Re-Integration Programme – Back on Track is a 10-week programme delivered over two days per week, designed to support learners in rebuilding confidence, developing key life skills, and re-engaging with education.
The programme focuses on setting every learner up to succeed by providing a supportive and structured environment. Every programme will be delivered at a TeamSport Karting track, offering an engaging and practical setting that helps motivate learners and encourage participation. Learners will complete a range of AQA Units that develop practical skills, communication, personal development, and wellbeing, helping them build the foundations needed to successfully progress back into education, training, or employment.

Week 2 – Health and Safety for Motor Vehicle Studies
Week 3 – Developing Emotional Awareness
Week 4 – Team Building and Leadership
Week 5 – Demonstrating Organisational Skills
Week 6 – English: Speaking, Listening, Communicating
Week 7 – Working with Money
Week 8 – Building Resilience In Own Life
Week 9 – Preparation For Life and Work
Week 10 – Recap, Grand Prix And Graduation
Course Details
Courses run two days per week for all learners, with a total of 19 sessions (as the first week consists of one day), and will start and finish on the agreed dates. Students are expected to bring their own lunch, and transport arrangements are made by the student, their guardians, or the school. Group sizes have a minimum of four students, with the same students attending on both days. The courses are available for learners in Years 7 to 11.
